To be fair they all have been. Theres decay in the squad and I suspect its affecting any 11 that is put on the pitch. Team changes every game and so does formation. Its a mess really

If it was possible to get anywhere close to what we paid, it would probably suit both parties to let him go.

We dropped a bollock when we bought him. The timing wasn’t our fault, but means we won’t get close to our money back. No other team in the Prem has a player like Ndombs because none need or want one.

We have bigger issues than Ndombele. No player can be consistent when the team is constantly changing. You can't build relationships. He still one of the few looking to create.

The problem isn't Ndombele... Its Mourinho the tactical tactician, we're not a possession based team and we clearly don't play to the strength the players.

Mourinho has a funny relationship with creative freestyle players.

I believe he could play as a number 10

I guess our only hope is that a new manager finds a style that gets more out of Ndombs. But is there any other team out there playing that style? Even Citeh can't afford to carry players that slow the game down and take so many touches on the ball, even when some of those touches are entertaining.

But he’s not as good a number 10 as players we’ve had before. He simply needs to be ‘on it’ more and want the ball and want to hurt teams. I think he’s better as a normal CM alongside a DCM in a more offensive, possession orientated side.

I'm never sure what people mean when they talk about No. 10 these days. Do you mean the middle of the 3 in a 4:2:3:1? He'd need to move ball much quicker, then.
