I don’t think his time at Spurs is over. Poch may well be leaving in the Summer. Plus Ndombele has actually got to work hard.

Surely those particular concerns would have been established way before even having any interest.

More good news!

This could be just in relation to the option/obligation in the summer and not the loan now of course. They might be happy to take him on loan now for 6 months but are unsure of taking him on longer than that. Frenchman being moody is hardly a revelation!

I don't think this is actually new news anyway after reading it. It is just respond out that the deal might not happen because they need to move players on. Last night we were told it would go ahead and this now wasn't the case.

I was thinking from a PSG perspective, why would they want him? Even if (big if) they got him playing to his potential, they’d have 4 outfield players who are completely redundant when PSG don’t have the ball. That might be fine against Ligue 1 teams but since they are obsessed with winning the CL, a team with only 6 players trying defend would get hammered by Man City, Bayern etc.

At least we look to be shifting him, but it’s concerning at moment (only cos I’m scared that Conte will get fed up like Poch did).

PSG have not yet closed #Ndombele: they need to sell first. If the deal is not unblocked, #Valencia can be a last minute option again with these (⬇️) conditions. Club che wants to sign another midfielder, #Tottenham want the player to get minutes.

(Agreement closed between #Valencia and #Tottenham for #Ndombele: dry loan until June with part of the salary paid by Spurs.the player had given his ok, but in the last hours has decided to wait for the possible interest of #PSG. The operation, however, is still possible)

The players priority is still PSG obviously.

Why can't he just f*ck off? At least at PSG he would tear up the league and they can buy him afterwards

I wouldn't be surprised if he did go to PSG if Poch did get the best out of him.

Poch is great at motivating players which would really help us out, as even if they don't buy him, he's likely to impress another of the big teams.

Presumably it's a loan with option? So I guess they would have to agree a fee, I wonder what sort of money they would have to pay, if he were to do well there??

Ndombele is the only one I really want gone. Feels like his laziness is a poor influence for everyone, and a bad apple to have in the locker room.
Gio I haven't given up on. Dele too.
If we sign nobody or just one player, it seems ridiculous to let all three creative midfielders go without replacement.
Just work hard with them ffs. Motivate them and get the best out of them. Do not give up on two proven internationals, one of whom starts for Argentina to this day. That is where great managers earn their spurs.
