Somewhere out there right now there is a Spanish club fan forum full of excited fans watching Ndombele highlight reels. Little do they know.

I think Maynard has historically been on the money with Ndombele.

Yep. They formed a strong bond when Tanguy thought Julian’s last name was Mayonnaise. The rest, as they say, is history.

Note: I have never condoned the overweight jokes for Ndombele because he’s not but I couldn’t resist and I am ashamed.

I can't believe you skipped over the most blatant one and said "Yep. They formed a strong bond when Tanguy thought he could get free Wine Gums from him. Turns out that's a different family."

Remember how we were all so excited when we signed him? We all thought he would run our team for the next five years like a hybrid or Dembele and Xavi. ???

I genuinely thought it was a game changing signing.

He will go out on loan again to a French or Spanish side. Can’t see us selling him in anything other than a Dele type deal

What a disaster. The worst element of Poch’s legacy.

We bet the house on this waste of space. I wish he’d just piss off.

My most disliked Spurs player ever. Can’t believe his attitude. He’s a disgrace

Wanted him so badly having watched Lyon extensively. He was so, so good and could have been elite.

What a waste of talent. Infuriating.

there isn't a professional football team would want him. he would likely squeeze every penny from us like a parasite and then retire as footballer when the contract ends

Could be our own Özil , contract of Ndombele ends 2025 , only three years to go at C. £200,000 a week. Reckon we might have to pay part of his wages to get rid bit like Adebayor , Man C subsidised his wages when he played for us we might have to do something similar.

Shows how hard it is to scout players that will thrive in the premier league. I know you watch a lot of players and recommend some, but that's just the start. Someone really should have warned us this guy would not settle or work hard enough. I suppose Paratici has people that ask questions, it's worked well so far.
