We've already had his best years. £60m is robbery by us. It's what we do with the money that is the £60m question here.

How long before the details of what he done can be released???
Ego in any business, is your own worse enemy.£60 million, or not, none of us see a cut of it, and if this window so far is anything to judge by, we won’t see it get spent either.
All that matters ultimately is that we bend over for a rival for the second time in 12 months. Woopee.
Its not that we want to see a player paid his wages for being on the bench. Its about strenghening a rival 2 yrs running.
We pay many a player who gets marginal minutes throughout the season or just getting cameo appearances. So that reasoning doesnt wash with me.
Now if there was a younger exciting talentlined up like a De Ligt or that Pavard guy as an example, those of us disgruntled with this deal would find it slightly palatable and see the long term gain to this particular deal. Now lets not go the route of there is still 5 days to replace him.... I've heard that throughout the window.
We've known for roughly 12 months or more actually of TA's stance on his contract....we should have had his replacement scouted, negotiated and signed by 1 June 2018. This just smacks of the Berbatov/ Keane situation all over again.
I've seen comments to the effect that Foyth/Sanchez was the replacement player... Yet prior to TA's injury he was constantly in the starting 11.
Its truly sad to lose a talented defender of his calibre to a Rival... ( Okay it started as a reply and became a rant...got that off my chest ).
£60million for a 29 year old ...So Levy has caved in to United and is strengthening a direct rival yet again... Typical.
At least the myth that he's a skilful negotiatior and player of the market has now been truly debunked
Wasn’t Davidson his replacement blooded last year?
Take the money and run, hardly played last season and we did just fine.
Yeah, that is going to be interesting when it finally comes out
Sanchez is his replacement ffs. You and others are getting bent out of shape because you can’t accept Foyth will be back up.
hmm yeah selling our 29 year old hamstrung CB for 50-60 mill now, when he can jump-ship for 25 mill in a year is definitely Levy caving. So Levy has caved in to United and is strengthening a direct rival yet again... Typical.

We suffer 19 years of virtual trophy drought under Levy. Enough is enough£60million for a 29 year old ...
I type things on the internet when I'm angry and this is the result.
