Hopefully he’s been locked in his hotel room today with no way of communicating with the outside world!
Would help if anyone actually knew when it is. 5pm or 12am?Counting down the minutes until this clause expires.
Playing a game of football I believe. Mind you, it is against Utd!Hopefully he’s been locked in his hotel room today with no way of communicating with the outside world!

Relax, Daniel’s arranged for this guy to eliminate complicationsWhether it's 17:00 or midnight, Spurs might be wise to put Toby in a plane now. A plane with no WiFi and isolate him ASAP
Many of you are making a big deal out of this clause. IDMAS.
He's still here because he is going Bosman. His team sets his wage demands extremely high; if a club accepts, great, Toby gets his last big deal. If not, he goes on a free next year with wider range of options and a big fat signing bonus.
I think most of us are well aware of this. Many of you are making a big deal out of this clause. IDMAS.

He must be one of the most poorly advised players in world football, by my count assuming he's on roughly 50 and was offered at least 150, he's heading into his 3rd year after that offer was made he's looking at about 15 million he's missed out on. Now you look at the likes of Roma trying to get him, they're not going to be able to cover those losses + additional going forward plus pay 25 million for him. The only chance he has of recouping any of that loss of earnings is if he leaves on a free and gets a mega wage.
