He's certainly marmite, but it's refreshing to see someone who calls it as it is and lambasts the club he has supported for his entire life.

He calls out "top gooners" and superfans that try to dress up Arsenal's strategy in a positive light.

I find that kind of content the exact opposite of refreshing because it's everywhere - and see little difference between the kind of shit he produces and the kind of shit aftv produce. Either way it's hyperbolic and hostile. To each his own though.

I honestly can't remember the last time I was this excited about our transfer activity.
Exactly this. It was probably when we spent the Bale money (although that turned out to be mostly poor business with the exception of Eriksen and maybe Chadli). This time we appear to have a clear strategy of ensuring a lot of our buys are already prem proven and so expectation is they’ll hit the ground runnning after a full pre-season. COYS!

I had a spliff or two before watching Brighton play United a couple months back, and I saw him as a fused version of Dembele and Wanyama in one. Perhaps this is not ITK. But it's my take on him
I had a few bongs while watching N’Dombele play for us and he seemed quick, lively and all action *, so I’m not sure that’s the best scouting report ;)

Anyway, Bissouma is a good signing in a position we really needed to strengthen.

*this may not have actually happened.

I was sitting on a crowded beach earlier, surrounded by all these nubile women. My wife noticed how unusually quiet I was and gave me a 'playful' dig in the ribs. She told me to put my eye back in my head. Little did she know Iit may have appeared I was looking at the birds, but in reality I was thinking about Bissouma!
There’s something gloriously 1970s about this post

I would definitely include Lamela along with Chadli and, obviously, Eriksen. Guy bled Tottenham Hotspur during his stay.

I totally forgot about Lamela to be honest!
Anyway, back on topic, we are now buying / Pursuing predominantly established players with a clear strategy and it’s exciting to watch it unfold while rival fans make any excuse to delude themselves that the players we’re getting are either ready for retirement, going to prison, too raw, have major health concerns blah blah blah. They are shitting their pants!!!

I think Heurelho Gomes was nicknamed ‘Octopus’ as well. That worked out… less than stellar.
I liked Gomes. On his day he was absolutely incredible but...not exactly the most stable of players.

Let's hope this Bissouma octupus is a bit more consistent and doesn't burst in to tears mid-game.
