What a terrific signing he is at £25m. Every club in Europe should be all over that if true. Hopefully we struck quickly and this one gets over the line

Yeah Gold is the one to listen to here. Especially as we only just heard last night that Paratici wants Mckennie. I doubt wed sign both.
Yet If we are shipping Gio, tanguy maybe another, McKennie, Bissouma and Eriksen is unbelievable depth, depth we have missed!!

Wow. This has moved quite quickly. Sounds like we’re looking to sort this Bissouma rather than later.

Not sure whether they jumped the gun a little, but the talk sport news and sport bulletin just stated 'Spurs have made their third signing of the summer. Yves Bissouma comes in for 25million pounds'. Very definitive , not just the pundits talking, part of the news.

Also, didn’t we get ITK last week that we were close to signing a Prem midfielder and everyone assumed it was Eriksen.

Was it Ali Z?

Good shout, it was Dragon on COYS. We all assumed Eriksen but it looks like it was Bissouma when you align it with the Lodge ITK from Hades.

umm isnt he being investigated for sexual assault? it's a pretty fucking serious allegation to just pass over because he might sign for us
This is the issue, people making judgements without information. The only thing we know is that we don't know but in my mind for Brighton to have played him non stop and top teams to be interested they must know something we don't.

As someone else said earlier, it feels like this one is currently pending a VAR check. Need to wait and see more reports come out and preferably the club tweeting him holding up the shirt before we can celebrate this deal. But if all goes ahead, what a player and what a signing. Really improves our CM depth

Why not? We need another CM to compliment our existing lot. With Winks hopefully leaving we would need a replacement.

I see Eriksen as an option in a 352 but should he sign we would potentially need another attack CM unless we use Kane behind 2 strikers.

This would be a great signing, he'd also improve to technical quality of the team/squad just like Perisic.

In before Ally Gold pours cold water on the fee being agreed in 3...2...1....
football.london understands that although Bissouma is a long term target of the club and is liked by Paratici talk of a fee being agreed is premature and there is lots of competition for his signature.

How can you be making jokes at this time? We’re on the Yves of a major signing!

If this is the case, then that’s presumably:

DF: Spence, Bastoni/Torres/Bremer
CM: Eriksen
ST: Richarlison

Would be a pretty bloody adequate window, that.

Also, fairly sure AG linked us with Bissouma a couple of days ago.

You think I am going to start watching Bissouma compilations on the middle of a work day just because of one tweet ? You bet.
