Biss was very poor. They had him playing in a 10 role and he continually slowed down the attack by passing backwards. Not sure why the manager is playing him out of position but the team looked much better going forward once he was substituted.

Only one source so far so I hope it's fake news but it perfectly follows this year's scenario so definitely could be true.

Put out of action by the sting of a mosquito.

That’s the second time this season that our midfield will have been disrupted by a small prick.

Matty Cash the first, obvs…

Followed closely by:

Updated Premier League rules: following the incident involving every first team player at Tottenham, teams will have to play their under 12s and will not be allowed to postpone games. This starts with Spurs playing away to Liverpool which has been moved to accommodate Jurgen and his players.

Recovery apparently takes about 2 weeks with proper treatment. Obviously could have longer term effects.

Aubameyang had it and missed 4 games a few years ago, so if he is treated now he'll probably miss the remainder of AFCON anyway?

Probably expect him back the same time as we were before.

Seem to remember Didier Zokorra contracted malaria when he was with us and was a bit out of sorts for a few months after - obviously every case is different, but it seems to be all part of life in Africa - most people can expect to get it multiple times.
Bit of a bummer but feel a bit more comfortable now Bentancur is back and looking like the class act he is.
