It's pretty easy to treat these days, though, isn't it? 2 weeks if it's caught early and treated properly. We might get him back earlier than if he played the whole tournament.
When I was in Bali. I got the Bali fever, same sort of sickness, I was up and running in 10 days.

Love Biss , he’s a terrific player but I think his discipline issues this season have tipped the scales to him being fairly firmly 4th choice behind Bentancur, Sarr & Maddison when all are fit, however we can adapt depending on the opposition and play Biss as 6 when we need more physicality and breaking of the lines and then can move Bentancur to 8 instead of Sarr, will be an incredible 4 options to have when all are fit.

That and his tendency to hold onto the ball too long when dribbling.

Bentancur, Sarr and Bissouma are 3 excellent options for 2 positions though and "who to pick" is and excellent headache to have.

if we had a cup final tomorrow and everyone was fit and available, i think bissouma starts. does need to step it up though when he's back.

I 100% believe we will see a far better bissouma when he has real quality around him.
I think our strongest back 4 with biss lolo and Maddison in midfield you will see biss play at his best.

Yeah and I'm sure I remember reading on here from the Zokora days, that there are different forms of Malaria and the one he had never really goes away and can flare up from time to time?

He’s really missed Maddison I think. No surprise he’s not been great since the Chelsea game. Hopefully he steps it up when he comes back like you say.

Mali play today, but based on the results so far I believe they are already guaranteed to go through to the knockouts.
Can we all refrain from posting scores from the AFCON.

This thread is strictly about Bissouma and malaria.

Thanks.

In fact I think we should start a thread just for posting football scores and if anyone puts a football score in any other thread it should be an immediate ban and an evening with A&C and his stick.
