Hello, SC. I can really use your help. I am visiting from outside the UK for the first time in November, and I have a question regarding purchasing children's tickets.

I purchased and received my One Hotspur Bronze membership, so I know I can attempt to buy a ticket for myself. However, I need to buy one for my twelve year old son as well. When the tickets I want go on sale, will I be able to purchase both considering I only have a bronze membership? Does my son need a Striker membership? If we do not want to sit in the family section, can I buy two adult tickets together with just my one Bronze membership?

Please advise, I'm looking to buy tickets tonight to West Ham. Thank you, COYS!!!

Perfect timing! I also want to but tickets, one for me and one for my son who will be 7 just before the west ham game. How do I go about getting one adult and one child tickets?
Thanks in advance.

You will need a membership for each of the tickets you buy, especially if you want them next to each other. There is an option to buy a guest ticket just before they go to general sale (this may only be ST holders though - I can't remember if it is open to members as well). However, the likelihood of Westham going on general sale is probably minimal.

Get a junior membership, add that membership to your 'network' and then you can purchase the two tickets.

All One Hotspur Members are able to purchase a maximum of ONE ticket per membership during the members’ priority sale windows.

All One Hotspur Members will have a one day window to purchase one guest ticket for any home League fixture. This day will be on the last day of the priority-booking period for One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite Members - the day before any remaining tickets go on general sale. Tickets are dependent on availability and are not guaranteed, and will not necessarily be near the One Hotspur Member's seat. One Hotspur Members are responsible for any tickets purchased under their membership during the Guest Sale period.

Thank you, gentlemen. I will purchase a junior membership as recommended. I appreciate your help, and I'm beyond excited to see a game at the Lane.

You can purchase a guest ticket on the last day of membership priority window.

I wouldn't panic, as far as I know no match has sold out yet and if worst comes to worse there's always stub hub or Twitter where you can ALWAYS get tickets.

You may be able to buy a ticket for a child without them having a membership if it's not an A category game. Was able to do this through a supporters club for the Palace game.

It worked! Section 25, row three for my son and me...can't explain how thrilled I am. Thank you all for the help, especially @we_all_loved_freund for the suggestion. Now off to bed, it's nearly 2am here.

Glad you got it sorted. You could have perhaps chanced FB or Twitter nearer the time but West Ham is a popular game and you may have ended up disappointed; not worth the risk IMO if you are coming from overseas. It would have also been unlikely that you would have got a child's ticket so would have had to pay over the odds which probably offsets the cost of the junior membership and you can now use the memberships again!

Enjoy the game! COYS

Hello folks. I want to buy a junior ticket for the Sheffield match. I already have a ST for myself. He has a Junior Spurs Membership - he is 15.

I choose a ticket in an appropriate section and and click on it and then it then comes up at the adult price with no option to change it to Junior. Am I doing something wrong? Any guidance? Cheers.

I presume the seats you're selecting are likely to be on the Ticket Exchange? If so, looks like they're all at face value regardless of age. From the website FAQs for ticket exchange:

Face value – Available GA (general admission )and Premium tickets are listed at the prevailing Adult rate, which varies depending on the exact seat location and category of the fixture.

Cheers. Going to have to delve into this a little more. I have been using his CRN etc to log in and was hoping the OH Junior would apply or the site would recognise this. Luckily I have a couple of weeks to do so. Last question on this section of the site was 2015 prior to this
