Even worth sending out Marcus Edwards out on loan, get him some first team experience. This guy looks the real deal!

They have to be the right loans. I'd prefer to drop them a few divisions or a weaker foreign league if they get game time.

Players need to play or they're not going to learn what the game is all about. I'd sooner they do that in the lower leagues than in the junior teams because the games actually mean something, they can be the difference between a team getting out of or into relegation zones. As long as we're not going to play them get them games somewhere else, hopefully a player will come back we can use next season.

The one to really watch out for is Kyle Walker-Peters-Chivers-Hoddle-Gascoigne- Lineker-Bale.
