“We need to improve in a lot of things but we need to improve our mental preparation. This is an important way to work in this club.
“We need to create this winning mentality and believe in our skill and our power. This is the one thing we need to improve.”

Wow! I think this is so important! You can only go as high as your thinking. Mental preparation is vital for success.
I'm impressed with MoPo...definitely on the right track!

We were second best on the day to a team that is managed well, has very talented players where the manager has had time to shape his team.

Early days yet and we need to give Poch a couple of seasons at least to transfer his ideas and system into a young team.

Good, but I hope he analysed his own performance too...

THIS!

Needs to look at what he didn't do imo which was see that the front 4 were detached from the game, the defence was struggling trying to play so hard and that Bentaleb and Capoue were struggling getting the ball back and more importantly retaining the ball.

I'd like to see a coach that can see when party A is falling and has a plan B.

Hey Matt, don't start blaming Pochetto. Maybe he should have made the team watch the Liverpool game 20 times.
