With all the discussion regarding the new stadium, I thought it would be interesting to see where everyone is actually from.

Now I feel the poll would be flawed if I asked where your based now as people move about towns, city's and even countries for one reason or other.

So very simple.

Where were you from when you first started supporting Tottenham Hotspur?

Now if you were from Tottenham or close to it pick Tottenham. Any other areas I'm afraid it's classed as London.

I was born and live in Leicester, started supporting spurs in 1990 when i was 13. First team i ever saw on tv, i didnt pick spurs they picked me.

Can you get a proper poll going so we can see graphs and stuff?

I'm a lifelong spurs fan and have lived the majority of my life in Hertfordshire, though was born in Bedfordshire. I lived in Wood Green for 2 years recently which kind of makes me a local!

I guess you should put down Hertfordshire for me though.

North Sussex.

As there's no local league sides (Palace is just about closer than Brighton, but both are some distance), the area is pretty much divded 3 ways between us, Chelsea and Arsenal (probably in that order).

Grandad was born in Haringey and lived there when he was a kid, used to catch a bus to the ground with his dad...he then moved round westward near Wembley, probably because we play there so often.

I'm North West LDN, borough of Hillingdon, so not a million miles away, but moving into a flat near Camden soon so whilst that is prime goon territory, I'll be closer to the world famous home of the Spurs.

Hi mate, you need to narrow down the choices into geographical areas and then add to the poll as results come in.

So for example i'm from Buckhurst Hill which is not London or anything else. Its Essex and is a huge Spurs area with the training ground just on 2 mins down the road.
Its definately not Tottenham or the surrounding area but is a Spurs area....Blimey all the players live here and go to Waitrose in Buckhurst Hill and you will see them all (or Repton Park and Bel Sit in neighbouring Woodford Green).

Sorry to poo poo but you need to add each home county to this please.

First went to see Spurs play as an 7 year old, 55 years ago. Freshly arrived from Somerset and very very impressed, not so much with the team, but seeing somewhere around 70,000 people inside a stadium. Bit different than the Brdgewater league.............. where most of the spectators were cows.
Now living in Guatemala and enjoying Spurs more than ever.

Not really any of the options given. Just south of London, somewhere between London and the South East, I suppose. I refuse to call myself a Londoner though.

Born in Tottenham Court Road - Lived in Crouch end until I was 8 before moving back to Northern Ireland - both parents are Northern Irish. Both my parents taught in Tottenham - WHL school. So obviously my dad took me to WHL when I was nipper all the time.

I normally get over quite a bit - 3,4,5 games a season and stay with my sister as she lives in Stoke Newington, but the last year I havn't as I am involved in a custody battle regarding my daughter.

I am getting on now - am 31!

New Orleans to Texas to Surrey then back to Texas. I became a Spurs fan during my five years in Surrey.
