Who said anything about a weekly update? We dont even really know what the injury is ffs!

Im more upset with the basic lack of info that is ever given to the fans by the club-im a big follower of barcelona and visit the club website daily and get to read about what has happened in training, who was training on what, what coaches were involved etc, even reading about which players stayed on a bit later after training to work with the sub goalkeeper. I dont know about anyone else, but i would be quite interested in hearing all that stuff about spurs, and especially about injuries, another thing that barca report excellently with frequent updates from the coach and doctors.

The lack of exposure that we get into our club is pathetic as ive mentioned and the king situation really sums it up perfectly.

It's his knee, taking longing to recover from surgery than expected.

That's over a month old now, but it's pretty obvious that the club wants to get it absolutely right and minimise the chances of a further breakdown.

I actually agree that the club website could be a good deal more informative and better organised (although it's certainly an improvement on what it was), but in Ledley's case there was no point in regular reports unless there had been a sudden dramatic improvement—hence my quotation from one of the worst poems ever written in English. It wouldn't have stopped the speculation and rumours, and the club would still have been accused of hiding the truth.
