This may have been posted before but deserves its own thread. Here is the interview from Gus Poyet and the last 30 seconds+ are particularly heartening - it shows he knows what is required and will probably give the team an absloute hairdrying. This is so different from the 'we have many young players' attitude of Jol (who I thought was brilliant).
