Korea-
13th Team K League

16th Sevilla
————————————

23rd Rangers (ibrox)

30th Roma (Israel )

PL starts 6th August

Bit disappointed no home friendly I guess concerts have scuppered that. Korea should be good fun and pretty crazy. Let’s hope few more new faces before Korea.

As there are 3 teams in the Korean schedule ( Coupang play series) I presume will be a cup ? interestingly Coupang are valued at £22bn and basically the Amazon of South Korea. Sure levy will be networking in a frenzy.

I’d guess players will be in week of July 4th giving 9 days before Korea and a full 5 week pre season. Non international boys might come back week earlier.

Ally Gold said that some international players might only be back the day before we fly to Korea or the day of.

I really do not understand this Nations League bullshit. Why saturate the football calendar with meaningless games at the end of a very long season?

When do they report back for pre-season training? The plan is for those players who haven’t been involved in internationals since the season finished to return around Monday, July 4. For those on international duty, they will return in time to fly with the team to South Korea on Saturday, July 9.

Pre-season fixtures:
  • Wednesday, July 13: Team K League, Seoul World Cup Stadium, South Korea ( Coupang Play Series )
  • Saturday, July 16: Sevilla, Suwon World Cup Stadium, South Korea ( Coupang Play Series )
  • Saturday, July 23: Rangers, Ibrox
  • Saturday, July 30: Roma, Sammy Ofer Stadium, Haifa, Israel ( I-Tech Cup )
All games will be available on SpursPlay - https://play.tottenhamhotspur.com/

Agreed, is a nice way of getting excited for the season and being able to enjoy some summer footy. Makes it a bit easier to take family members that wouldnt normally come to games or little ones for the first time.

I cannot believe how much I am looking forward to pre-season and watching the games with all the new players. Will we play 3-4-3 or will we revert to a 3-5-2? Just imagine how much the players are looking forward to it (whilst also dreading the running). I can only imagine how committed and sharp everyone will be now given the competition for places now. Just in CM alone, Skipp, Hojbjerg, Bissouma, Bentancur, Sarr all battling it out to prove they are worthy of game time. Cannot wait! Compared to last year where the first three games were largely youth team players and we had no exciting signings to watch.

What do we do with all the guys we want to sell or move on in terms of the Korea tour? Leave them at home? Lo Celso, Ndombele, Winks, Bergwijn etc. I think Conte will want to take a look at likes of Sarr & Parrott, and maybe Gil, but he has made his mind up on most that are going already, I fancy.

Shame no home friendly. Me and my brother normally buy my dad a ticket - along with ours - for Father’s Day, and then we go up on the date and make a good day of it. Bugger.

I’m very surprised. With our huge hospitality it’s probably £2 or 3m levy left on table.

I see the rangers game is down as points to be allocated out, any idea if these will sell out or go on general sale?

Don't fancy looking to get tickets in the rangers ends as a last resort :cautious:
