Yeah thought abot that too but recognized that Schalke already has plenty of friendlies so I am not sure if this will happen this summer.

Depending where you're flying from: London to Nice on EasyJet is normally pretty cheap if you book a bit in advance. Stahying in Monaco is expensive at that time of year, but staying in nice or Cannes is far more reasonable.

I live there, let me know if you or anyone else wants some pointers or inside info. Certainly a bunch of spurs supporters from Cannes will be going!

As someone who can't drive, how easy is it to get to the ground from Nice airport? Bus or train? Thinking about getting return same day.

Super easy. There is a bus that goes from right outside each terminal building at Nice Airport straignt inthe middle of Monaco. I think it goes every 1/2 hour and takes about 45 mins.

However that will be okay for the trip Nice-Monaco, but they dont run late and since the game is like 17h30 it would probably be too late to get it back, so you would want the train back which again is easy (but not as easy as the bus because Nice Aiport actually does not have a train station believe it or not!) and takes about 20 mins into Nice Center and then a public bus or taxi (about 20 euros) to the airport

Taxi from Nice to Monaco is about 70 Euros each way.
