Let’s give this a go, stuck mainly to the Prem ones as I know very little about the lower leagues.

Premier League
  • Premier League winners: Man City
  • Champions League qualification (2nd-4th):
    • Liverpool,
    • Spurs,
    • Utd
  • Other European spots (5th-7th):
    • Chelsea,
    • Arsenal,
    • Newcastle
  • Relegation places (18th-20th):
    • Brentford,
    • Bournemouth,
    • Forrest
  • FA Cup winners: Chelsea
  • League Cup winners: Man City
  • Community Shield winners: Man City
  • Premier League Top Scorer: Haaland
  • Player of the Year: Haaland
  • Young Player of the Year: Haaland
  • Tottenham Player of the Year: Romero
  • Manager of the Year: Conte
  • Best signing: Getting boring saying Haaland but the guy’s going to be an absolute beast for City.
  • Worst signing: Nunez (purely based on expectation vs social media trolls making him look like the ‘Harry Maguire’ of strikers)
  • Break out Player: Bissouma (hard to say as ‘breakout’ but believe he’ll jump up a level and now be rated as one of the best CDM in the league)
  • First Manager to be sacked: Tuchel
  • Outlandish prediction: I’ll go for two (as the first is linked to above)
    • Brendan Rodgers to be Chelsea manager by Christmas
    • First openly gay premier league player to come out after Word Cup

Other Competitions
  • Champions League: Man City
  • Champions League Top Scorer: Haaland
  • Europa League: RB Leipzig
  • Europa Conference League: Villarreal
  • World Cup Winners: Argentina (momentum from Copa America and weight off shoulders plus final WC for Messi should see them do well)
  • World Cup Top Scorer: Messi

First Manager to be sacked: Frank Lampard - Everton's first two months look atrocious on paper and the squad is thin
Outlandish prediction: The Premier League and World Cup clashing will cause chaos up and down Britain's school playgrounds. Some kid will attempt to swap a Bournemouth Lloyd Kelly for a Wales Ben Davies and then anarchy. No one really knows cross sticker book swap valuation. Hence, everyone's going to think they're being deceived ("How is an England Jordan Pickford worth more than an Everton Jordan Pickford?") and the whole swapping system will collapse.
