No mention on here of Cahill's challenge?!? That should have been a red too, even though it was on a Gooner.
Would have made it finish 10 vs 8 if the ref had got all four correct.

QPR fans have been saying Ferdinand has been shocking and Caulker is doing the job of two players atm. They not happy with the fact he is more interested in his book atmI don't think Ferdinand and Caulker could be considered stupid purchases. Whilst past his best, Ferdinand has the best pedigree going and Caulker has bags of potential, but they've bother been horrible, individually and together. Sandro is a good signing on the face of it, but needs to get a good run going, Kranjcar was a good signing etc.
They need to turn it around quickly if they want to stay up, their squad of individuals should be good enough, but we said that last time.
Please don't tell me you're trying to compare Utd's spending this season to ours last season?!?!?!if they can gel across the back four they could be some team (£100m well spent for a change?)
I didn't try to tell you. You just told me you did, though. Please don't tell me you're trying to compare Utd's spending this season to ours last season?!?!?!
Taking away the fact that that Falcao is a loan deal on ridiculous wages so in this view cost them £0 We would never afford the transfer fee or wages of Di Maria (who is the only signing of theirs to have excelled so far)

I don't think you can really compareI was at Old Trafford yesterday. Although De Gea made some amazing saves, I didn't think Everton really deserved anything. United still a bit uncomfortable at the back, but if they can gel across the back four they could be some team (£100m well spent for a change?) McNail had Lukaku for breakfast, lunch and dinner and if anything Rojo was the more flappy of the two. Shaw looks a little short on confidence but when you're 19 and everyone has been calling you fatso for two months I guess that's going to happen.
I don't think you can really compare
They spent
£35m Herrera
£27m Shaw(plus add ons)
£16m Rojo
£60m Di Maria
£14m Blind
£6m Falcao
That is £158m spent in one window. So hardly comparable to us and they spent £37m in january and £27.5m. In a year they spent £222.5m
Also don't forget that this Everton is abit shit at the moment and wasn't the same team that secured 5th last season they were missing Coleman, Distin, Mirallas, McCarthy and Barkley.
If everton don't get those players back they will struggle this season and look to finish mid table
No worries but I still don't think united are good.M8 it woz liteharted bantz at ours and Liverpool's expense, no serious comparisons required. United are still leagues ahead in terms of desireability and financial muscle.
No worries but I still don't think united are good.
They beaten Everton and West Ham and people are saying they certs for 4th but they were fortunate against West ham and faced a poor Everton side(with tony hibbert, how the fuck is still playing) and yet needed De Gea to save a penalty and bail them out of trouble.
Back line is proper dodgy, but they'll sort that in Jan and go all out for CL. Like I said before, until then the door is open for teams to do as much damage to them as possible. No worries but I still don't think united are good.

Vlaar is not a CL quality player but is a short term fix
They cant attract Europe's elite. The only reason they got Di Maria and Falcao was because of high wages, other clubs not willing to pay the stuff needed and Jorge Mendes influence.
Im struggling to think of defenders that are CL quality that would be available?
The thing is, would vlaar improve them enough?Exactly. They just need to get defenders that will see them over the finish line for CL qual. Which is not what they have atm. Once that's achieved they can go big for the very top players.
Yeah the back line needs sorting. The thing is, would vlaar improve them enough?
I don't think Blind is defensively strong enough to protect a midfield 3 with Di Maria and Herrera. The full backs look weak as well
Then their balance upfront is all over the place. Rooney getting sent of helped them imo but in the long run, dropping rooney would be suicide imo

Few key injuries for clubs in the Top 4 discussion...
Mesut Ozil out 10-12 weeks
John Stones out 10-14 weeks (along with Kevin Mirallas who I'm not sure how long will be out)
Dejan Lovren had to withdraw from Croatia duty as he has a tear in his "abdominal wall."
