Southampton are getting torn apart!! 0-3 already. Especially the Mahrez goal. They lose the ball in Leicester's box and 10 seconds later he scores. The defence backs off, gives up in some cases and he's looking around wondering where everyone is before shooting and scoring.

Rooney 0-1 vs Newcastle. Scrappy. Shot saved, spilled and he slides in right by the post.

Lukaku 1-0 vs Bournemouth. Cross, header. Goalie reacts slowly, I think. Should have been able to save it.

Thanks Westies for holding pool and arse to nil nil.... Giving us the 4th spot before a really tough match against city. :)

Overall been a good night for us.

Kinda glad Puel stuck it to Southampton tonight. Thought he was unfairly sacked.
Not his fault Austin was injured, Gabbiadini a flash in the pan and the rest of them couldn't hit the proverbial barn door. Pellegrino's had the same problems. Very unfairly sacked.

They don't look greatly different now with him gone at all. It's clear that their team is lacking. Puel must see it as a blessing now anyway, much better having players such as Gray, Vardy and Mahrez to work with as opposed to what's at Southampton.

Plenty of praise for Moyes for the turnaround.

Oddly enough they are now 19th. A lot of work to be done. LOL

None of the players liked him him, there must have been a reason for this and it was only getting to the league cup final that kept him there until the end if the season.

God this is a hard watch on MotD, Pearce actually wanking himself into a coma over a plastic team built with oil money playing a few passes.

"This is mesmeric" he says after City exchange 4 passes in the centre circle. "That would've been one of the great team goals of all time", "this City team is the best the Premier League has ever seen".

Give it up you fat troll, FFS. They're just some kid who's parents have let him spend a fortune on FIFA Ultimate Team. They aren't a real football club anymore, they're the toy of a national government. Stop cumming all over your microphone and realise that a team that spends £250m on full backs is obviously going to look brilliant against an awful Swansea side.

I really think the hype around them is scaring teams before they get on the pitch with them. I want us to beat them so bad, yes they are a very good side but Swansea didn't even try and defend today. United didn't even try and play football against them.

Their goals today, the first one Fabianski should just claim the ball, the second one is one of those crosses that can go in sometimes. The third one Silva literally walks the ball in unchallenged, ok not much any defence can do against Agüero when he does that.

City are just an absolute waste of a club. Nothing natural or organic about that, no romance at all. If they win no one will give a shit because they're a nothing club, just an entity that almost seems un-real. Spending a billion plus on a squad and winning the league a few times is basically par for the course. This is the biggest issue with most leagues, no salary/transfer cap to holt the spending.

Same as Chelsea under the Russian but they’re followed globally now because of their bought success, City will be the same soon enough & Clubs that do it the right way will still be belittled by pundits and the media

I know Simon Jordan isn't everyones cup of tea, but he's got it spot on with city and calls them the Frankenstein club and refuses to give them any credit for what they've done.
Generally the media and pundits are fawning over them and what they've 'achieved'....theyve assembled one of the most expensive teams in world sport, and theyre paying probably the best manager in world football to coach them, yet the media thinks that them smashing everyone in sight is somehow amazing.
