Come on don't mock Hank, he's comes from a land where there is no promotion/relegation, they try to make it competetive by having a raffle to pick players.

Not to fight Hank's battles but...you mock but there are lessons to be learned from both sides of the pond. You can't really 'buy' silverware over here and typically every team has a true chance of winning each season. I'm pretty sure there are at least 86 teams in England that would like that arrangement. We also have profit sharing in our leagues. Would you like to belittle that as well? But promotion/relegation is pretty awesome.
