Would've taken a draw before kickoff but it's sickening how referees consistently miss obvious handballs, fouls and offsides in Arsenal's favour. They should never have gone ahead.

Well done, Palace. Thought we were going to have to deal with "Arsenal's x game winning streak continues" headlines before this one...

Van Aanholt has to be the most frustrating player in the PL. An alright full back who thinks he's a number 10, at which he is shit despite the odd goal. Positionally he has to be a nightmare to play with.

Zaha should have been running xhaka ragged all game, he would have probably got him sent off, the only time I noticed him do it and he gets a penalty

I’ve been banging the Zaha drum for over 2 seasons now. The guy is a game changer, an absolute beast who terrifies defenders when he gets a run on them. He would be outstanding for us.

He’s one of those players that, IMO, you pay whatever it costs. If he were to come to us, he only leaves for an elite club, so you get your money back regardless.

So Hodgson doesn’t swap Zaha to play against xhaka until the last minutes and he wins a pen. I said at the start of the game he should of been on that side. Just bad management.

Every game they play has a couple of dodgy game changing incidents in their favour.

Ross barkley is finally showing that he was a good signing.

Barkley and Zaha would have been huge for us.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing of course. No telling how Barkley was going to recover from his injury.

Zaha is brilliant. He doesn’t lose the ball and scares the shit out everyone. He’s a top ten player in the division. He’d be ridiculous in a top side! He’s surrounded by utter dross at Palace

I think people ignore the whole picture when it comes to Zaha. I say exactly the same as I did last week, he's clearly got talent in abundance when it all comes together and gets a fan out of his seat, and that's plenty of times in the game where he has positive impacts, but again today you could pull up quite honestly hundreds of examples where he makes a bad choice, overplays, ignores team mates, slows the game down unnecessarily to the detriment of the move, loses the ball in bad areas etc etc.

Some might argue that under a better coach and in a better team he'd cut some of this out, but I think (could be wrong) for the very top teams he's going to end up getting used more often than not as an impact option, the flair tricky wide option that might turn a game. Because he does too many things with and without the ball that these sorts of teams just wouldn't tolerate.

And then there is the mega price that always get's quoted, and that he keeps on signing up to bumper new contracts that give Palace security on his price and giving the impression he's happy being the big fish in the small pond. I can see why teams keep passing him over and no one has ever really seriously looked at him again. Lucas Moura for us, as an example, is the same type of player at half or maybe a third of the price. I just don't see enough value in his signing for the teams at the top, as it stands.

Sourness not a fan of this new Arsenal or Ozil..

Made a slip when he said something along the lines of ' there are the same Arsenal-let's see by Dec 5th when they have played ManUnited, Tottenham and erm Spurrrs' LOL think he meant Liverpool

MU/EV

Bit mid table snooze fest so far.

Lukaku on the bench. A big wide bench hopefully.

The extra arch wasn't necessary but a clear penalty.
