Just in from the City game. Professional head says "Wow" where my heart says "Shit!". It's going to be phenomenal in Manchester this season.

Sad thing is City expect to add two new players before the end of the window. Ramos being mentioned for crazy money.

Watching Aguero tonight just made me really really want Giuseppe Rossi. Out of all the strikers we've been linked to, he's the one with the most class and he did score more than Kun last season. Maybe Levy saw how spending £35m on a striker from Spain delights the fans.

Maybe not his second one, but I was on about City in general rather than Aguero. I'll reserve my judgement on him until he plays a team that doesn't make Blackpool look solid.

I said last season that City had too many power players and not enough technique,if they add Nasri to Silva and Aguera ..........they will be very hard to beat.
The only weakness is that their manager is pretty shit.

Come on lad,you have more sense than that ............Aguero is top class and will light up this league this season.

I think City have nearly got the perfect balance between powerful and technical players. They'll seriously challenge this season.

Which is all well and good, but we didn't do that to a SINGLE team last year outside of Young Boys

In fact, there were plenty of sh*t teams that came to WHL last year and most of them came away with a point

I read through our season review booklet that came free with the membership pack last night. So many of our results against rubbish teams made me want to cry!

Yes, that was very disappointing and we should have done better but I don't really see your point.

I also don't remember a team coming to WHL and being so open and allowing us time and space.

I can remember one: Blackpool. We should've scored ten that day.

Blackpool away yes(although I don't think they were as open as Swansea last night), but if we had a half decent striker on that day we would have. It's not like we didn't create the chances. We had plenty of those types of games last year, including against City.
