Season tickets are up by 40% and the cheapest tickets for a single game are £47
I haven't got a problem with it personally, they were happy to see money invested in the squad by Briatore, Ecclestone and Mittal, and if they will still fill their stadium then they might as well.
It will be embarrassing, though, if their stadium is empty. Ticket prices were more than reasonable this year, starting at £12 for student tickets to most games, adults were about £20 I think. Their capacity is only around 18,500 so they haven't got an abundance of tickets to sell, but they are close enough to Fulham and Chelsea to worry about their prices being so high.
Norwich, however, have got 22,000 season tickets, 20,500 of which were purchased over two months ago, thus allowing fans to pay the same price for a second year in a row. Incredible support from the canaries fans. They will come back year after year, regardless of what division they're in.
