Ade just seems to be on his heels all the time, not good for a professional. Woeful finishing and no link up play, I didn't think there would be a day that I'd e desperate for deuce but today is that day.

Disappointing first half for us, plenty of movement although we seemed slower on the ball but no results.

We have to step up the pace in the second half and hope the Hoops tire quickly.

Follow up - with Naughton in there at LD when Bale was on the left, all QPR have to do is double team Bale and let Spurs knock it back to Naughton knowing any atacking intent ends,.... Naughton to Dawson, Dawson making the play instead of Bale = QPR victory....

Naughton sub out for Caulker, Verts to LD and crush QPR on the flanks presuming Bale on LW with Lennon on RW - COYS!!!!

Others didn't warn us this would happen with Adebayor...

He's all smiles and has a 'desire' to play for the team but as soon as you tie him up in a contract...

Shame really.

All my Arsenal supporting mates were laughing when we signed him, joking that he'll never put in a good shift now that he has a contract. I think it's just that he likes to have it his way, and AVB won't placate his ego like Harry will.

Bales been too deep. Just look a his average position for the first half.

But on the other hand look at the position of our defenders. So high up, so even though weren't playing great, they have 11 men behind the ball. Just need one chance to score and take it, then open them right up like we did with Villa.

Based upon?
Caulker being much better than him? Dawson is poor and a mishap waiting to happen. I don't know why he keeps lumping it over and over again, too, when 1 in 13 seem to come off. Why change the habit of a career though, hey?

People still would take a forward over a midfielder?

Give Dempsey/Defoe service a creative midfielder would supply think you would find them on 20 goal seasons with ease.

I don't buy into our strike force not being 'clinical' enough at times.

Just the chances we fashion tend to be speculative and not clear cut; hence why the statistics are misleading.

Watch back how we got into those messes in the first place. His positional sense is terrible, made even more horrifying given he has the acceleration of Rik Waller.

Caulker has cost us goals this season with his failure to listen to Lloris and at this moment in time, he hasn't done anything to suggest he deserves to be in the starting 11 imo.

Dempsey has that fighting spirit, junkyard dog attitude the team needs right now. Get in a few peoples faces, put in a tough tackle, get in a shoving match.

Being bossed around the field and manhandled, and going down too easily.

How many times has Dembele lost the ball?!

I'm sure we'll be better in the second half. It got really scrappy towards the end of the first, so I'm hoping if we settle down and play our game we'll be able to carve out a few chances.

Who exactly went down too easily?

Can't understand why Ade didn't lift it over Cesar after that Defoe save. Could have changed the game.

Agree on the Dawson comments, everytime he hoofs it to Bale and Lennon I wonder why he thinks our midfield aren't good enough to get the ball there more efficiently.... Can't complain with his SWP block though, v good.

Dembele hasn't been too bad but I think he is too defensive - needs to move up to aid creation. And Walker is way too far up the pitch at times, was that AVB's gameplan against SWP?

My only fear is that Caulker doesn't seem to have Mackie covered adequately.

Overall it's fairplay to see QPR fighting harder, they've got more at stake - we are sitting 6 pts clear and they are 6pts in the mire.

I expect Spurs to pick up a gear and finish the job when QPR's quality starts to fade away against us, but having watched the Chel$ea/QPR fixture I reckon we shouldn't count chickens just yet as QPR could be capable of an upset if Spurs take foot off gas.
