Question about Chimbonda

I know there is the transfer rumour place for this but its more of a question regarding Chimbonda's attitude.

Do you think, IF he goes to Sunderland, that he'll come out and say something bad about Spurs or Ramos?

Just curious because I can see him saying something about 'Spurs lied to me'. He said something similar back in January when we were looking at Hutton. Or maybe it was his Agent McKay (sp).

What do you reckon?:shrug:

He'll slate us. Because he and his agent are... how can I put it without being banned?... I'll leave it for you to figure out.

I think he's one of the best right backs in the league though and a loss for Spurs... But our faith has been put in Hutton.

I agree... I think Chimbonda is a great right back and a good athlete and Im surprised to see him let go but then again he wants first team. Shame really. Everything in this past 24 hours seems like a huge world disaster :-(.

I reckon he might say somehting like Ramos didnt believe in him, or we didnt value him highly enough (i.e. didnt give him a massive pay rise) but I dont think it will be a massive slating.

That'll will be reserved for Kaboul's first press conference at Pompey.

Hutton already showed at the end of the season that he is an improvement over Chimbs as well as a good few years younger. He'll improve the more he plays in the EPL, so I think it was time for Chimbs to move. With Gunter about as well, I'm sure Spurs wanted the RB backup spot free'd up to give Gunter more opportunities.

I wouldn't be shocked if Chimbs came out and said something about Spurs and if he doesn't, the Newspapers will make up their own story and say he has anyway.

Chimbonda will bitch but with the Hutts nuts and Gunter I dont think we're too bothered.

I would personally have kept him as 4th choice CB and emergency RM cover but luckily my name aint Juande!

Hutton is alot better at defending than Chimbonda, though Chimbonda is probably slightly better at getting forward and mroe dangerus in the box for corners... but the defensive juty comes first, and Hutton easly wins that!! too many times Chimbodna switches off and mistakes happen around him!

As for us looking at Hutton, if he was or did put the effort in, we wouldnt needed to have gone and got someone else, only person to blame would be himself
