Regardless of whether we would want him why would anybody want to leave a trophy winning club to come to us. This will apply to any top player we might be looking at.
This is true. There have been a few rumours of Pep wanting rid. Personally, I don't believe them.

I've never understood why he gets such a rough deal. He's a quality player who scored 18, 17, 20 in the league before a weaker season last year hitting 10.

English fans generally don't seem to appreciate the players who time their runs into the box and score lots of tap in.

His £300k a week wages and the fact that he plays for the league champions means he's a no-go for us. But if he was making a step up to us I would love for us to buy him.

I love Sonny but if you look at their careers and stats Sterling does him.

On his day, when he’s 100% fit and on the counter I’m not sure there are many, if any, better players than Sonny but day in, day out, you’d probably hang your hat on Sterling

Irrespective of who is better, we don't need to have two of the best left-sided forwards in the league while there are so many comparatively weak areas in our team. Neither would be as effective playing on the right.
