ramos has international commercial rights as he was the manger on the front of Football Manager in Europe this year. I remember there being u[roar about it when he signed for us and the he may be sued by the company or Sevilla about it.

MadridSpur's postings from January:

David Villa may rescind on his decision to stay. Valencia want to rebuild and are, unbelievably, looking to give Koeman cash!! They have said to Villa that he can discreetly look around and if his agent gets a decent bid in they would prefer that he goes now, injured, and they can say that it's the best for all concerned that he goes now for a big fee.

We have been approached.
(7/1)

If we could get one of our forwards to get on a boat to Santander we may get an Argentinian centre back in return.... apparently. (11/1)

Jarque done. Apparently will be announced from Wednesday. (i.e. not before Wednesday) (14/1)

The last one's particularly interesting.

Nah, most footballers have a couple of agents. That reply is fine by me. Makes sense.

And I also get the feeling Ramos is pretty settled. And why wouldn't he be? He gets a press release about how gorgeous and talented and good in bed he is on the company website every week, the biggest salary in the business and the chance to spend cash on the best footballers in the world. Fuck me, where would find anything better than that? Chelsea? Arsenal? Do me a favour.

I agree, its not unbelievable to me that of their multiple agents Villa and Wendy share one. Different agents specialize in different areas right? Surely one person doesn't handle transfers, image rights, club negotiations, commercial contracts etc etc.; but to be honest, I really don't know exactly how it works.

But surely if they sared a particular agent, aswell as the two I suggested, then that particular one would deal with the same area for both of them? as they would be consiered a specialist in that area?

it's just not the case, you can scour the whole internet for an agent link between Villa/Ramos and you'll find nothing but the two names I've posted.

Looks like a little white lie to try and make his itk sound more credible.

Why doesn't he just name the agent and we can check him out as we have the other two?

A VERY big signing should mean wage like 70 000 - 100 000 a week and I don't think Mr. Levy will pay that kind of wages...

Unless by 'very big', we are looking at the Crouch's of this world......
