Forster played well and continues to be good with ball at feet.

Romero rash and stupid, Lenglet played well and easily best of the CBs, Davies poor with an error ridden display and just not good enough in possession.

Perisic bit of a sterile performance nothing too bad but nothing good. Emerson ok but the Porto cameo showed what a bit of energy can do. Perisic and Emerson ponderous in comparison.

Skipp energetic and tried to be progressive, thought he played well. PEH a nothing game played it safe and lacking any drive. Getting a bit tired of seeing midfield two so largely irrelevant in this formation.

Son may as well have not played for all the use he was, poor in possession, half arsed pressing, thought with dropping him at Chelsea we had turned a corner. Kulu can’t fault his effort but lacking quality. Kane tried hard but what a waste of a world class striker in such a conservative set up and lack of support from out of form Son and Kulu, passive WBs and an outnumbered midfield.

Porro a breath of fresh air, energy, urgency and bit of quality.

Conte, a busted flush. faith in Son misplaced, faith in his stubborn tactics misplaced, team without an identity. Sanchez sub what was he thinking. Danjuma what was the point, this is not some second rate player. Just frustrating watching a team with so little purpose.

We have forgotten how to break sides down and everyone seems to play within themselves. That said my MoM is Skipp. Good tackles and generally moved the ball quickly forwards.

Forster 7 Did everything asked of him
Emerson 7 Carried on his good form. Used the ball well and looked to get forward
Romero 5 On a knifecedge after the early booking. Ridiculous challenge for 2nd yellow. I don't think it really affected the last 10 minutes but had we scored we would have struggled in extra time
Lenglet 6 Harsh early booking. Always struggles with pacy forwards
Davies 6 A few simple passes were intercepted
Perisic 4 Offers little. Unsure why he is selected
Skipp 8 Great effort. Always looked to pass forwards and good in possession
PEH 6 Always puts in an effort but offering little creativity. With 5 at the back our midfieldersvneed to be more creative rather than only holding
Kulu 6 Poor use of ball in 1st half which typified performances since Jan. Better in 2nd half and ridiculous he was subbed when we needed a goal
Kane 7 Good performance.Regularly received the ball deep to feet and linked play. Unlucky with late header
Son 4 Mirrored his performances all season. No attacking threat and fails to win any challenges
Subs
Porra 7 Lookked very positive and put in a couple of good crosses and a superb cross field pass
Richy 5 Really unsure what he offers. Whenever the ball is played up to him he falls over. Needs to find his best position and have a run of games
Sanchez 6 Not on for too long

Conte 0 Why bring on Sanchez when we need to score?
Because we had a CB sent off? They nearly scored as it was

Foster and Skipp our only starters to get any credit. Skipp is easily our most consistent player at present (well apart from Son being consistently shit)
Porro did OK when on but I have yet to see any evidence he is decent defensively. This is a worry if the next boss plays a back 4

It wouldn’t have mattered if they scored again, going out 2-0 is no different to going out 1-0! we had to get a goal to have any chance. No sub would have been better. If we got a goal, we could have bought on Sanchez for extra time.

Conte clearly believes what in the end all people who are worshipped do. He feels he is some sort of god whom Spurs cannot possibly do without. Whatever he does, whatever tactics he uses, it's all OK because he has won some stuff in the past. He has brick by brick dismantled anything that was still good about us.

Best player? Forster has done nothing wrong deserving credit for being able to step into regular first team football. Skipp continues to improve and Porro looks like a player with some attitude. I'll go with the keeper
