Sarr for me. Drove us on from the start of the 2nd half. Still full of running at the end of it. Involved in both goals. MVDV not far behind. Lovely to see lolo back. Exudes class with almost every touch.

Could've been either Romero or VDV but went with the former for his shithousing.

VDV for me. His recovery pace is insane. I honestly think he is the most important player we have. If he goes down injured, we'll start leaking goals on the counter. We are able to play this insanely high line and choke the life out of the midfield because if something goes wrong he is quick enough to sweep up anything that slips through or over the top. Replacing him with Dier or Davies for any length of time would cost us. Need to find a suitable back up (as impossible as that might be ...). Hats off to the scouting team for this one.

Sarr for me. Engine. Followed by VDV. Faster engine. Vicario important early on - and he HATED conceding that late goal.

Would've been joint Romero-VdV but for the sloppy crossfield pass at the end that resulted in the Palace goal so given it to Micky for yet again another imperious defensive display.

Also appreciation for Vicario who is such a big character for us and between those 3, it's formidable.

Went VDV - really a game-changer for us in defense. Not just solid defending - but his pace really makes a difference - across the pitch.

The partnership he already has with Romero is amazing.

Went VDV but my word, what a talent Sarr is. Ange has turned them into one of the fittest teams already but he’s on another level.

Sorry if it’s not Sarr you have no clue!!
Don't understand this at all, he fluffed two passes, both of which should have led to goals.

Even Son went crazy at him.

Great pass for the 2nd goal and he generally played well, but VDV was much better imo. Immense is the word I would use.

I voted for Bentancaur because his appearance tonight is the result of much of his blood sweat and tears.
