Recommended online live Prem sites

OK, I'm not talking about illegal streaming sites here, but I just wondered if anyone knew of any sites to watch Spurs live on, or is the whole thing sewn up tighter than Ferguson's wallet by Sky and Setanta?

I've come across Premiershiplive.net which claims to be bona fide, but have no idea if it is.

Basically I'm happy to pay for a subscription to a proper site, as for the games I can't get to it's more convenient for me to watch online.
