Honestly, we had a guy take over running our village side (Div 3 local league, ploughed field for a pitch, cold/scalding showers). First match of the season he gets out a printed page of motivational Shakespear passages for the team talk. To us The Tempest was what happened in the bogs before the game started. He didn't make it to October.
