Was going through a few of the friendly highlights and came across Ac Milan vs Boca Juniors highlights which I thought i'd post here. Ok so I know it was only a friendly but 'Dinho seemed to have a very good game, he was running at the defence in a way I haven't seen him do for a couple of years now.

I wonder if Kaka leaving has giving him new motivation to step up his game, I hope so. He's never lost his touch, vision, and little deft touches but I did not expect to see him running at the defence like this again and I hope it can continue in Serie A this season.

He looked fantastic. I hope he has changed his attitude and has realised what he's throwing away.
He looked, dare I say it...... motivated!!

Was my favourite player in world football when he was at his best with Barca. As with Ronaldo and Adriano it is so frustrating as a fan to see these players who are world class with unbelievable ability put on weight and lose form, you only have one career. I think Ronnie will definately have a better 2nd season with Milan and i think Leonardo may tweak the system to get the best out of him which Ancelotti didn't do, as i don't think he really wanted him in the first place.

Mine too donny, the season where he scored those 2 great goals at the Bernabeu were his best times, actually even at PSG he still showed great form. But as you say it is frustrating to see that once these players hit a certain level for whatever reason, money, girls, food Eek they just cannot maintain it. I guess it must be difficult.

Anyway he definitely looks motivated, maybe Leonardo has given him the arm round the shoulder treatment. Who knows, but I really hope he can regain some form like he showed in this match this season.

My favourite Ronaldinho moment was the Bernabeu game where the Real Madrid fans gave him a standing ovation, that was weird to say the least, but no less than he deserved, it's as if he was possessed at times that season and that game summed it up.

Messi would not be what he is today if it wasn't for Ronaldinho.

Umm, he tried a few of his old skils there and fell on his arse a few times, his through balls were often far too heavy, even the ones that weren't outrageous.

I'm more than happy to see him attempting more skills like the Ronaldinho of old, this is what made him so exciting in the first place. He could play the role of spraying passes around all day long. But the exciting Ronaldinho is the one running at defenders and using skill and technique to beat them, which he does on a few occasions there. Something he hasn't been trying too often in the last few seasons whenever i've seen him play.

For me it's promising signs.
