You're the idiot who didn't know what a 6 pointer was so I'd pipe down if I were you :D

The league takes place between August and Mayand involves the teams playing each other home and away across the season, a total of 380 matches. Three points are awarded for a win, one point for a draw and none for a defeat, with the team with the most points at the end of the season winning the Premier League title.

You dont get 6 points for anything in the premier league. Would you like me to clarify those rules simpler ?

When they meet, Spurs are on 47 points and Randomteam are on 50. If Spurs win then the two teams draw level on 50 points, but if Randomteam win they now have 53 points while Spurs remain on 47. Win and we're zero points behind, lose and we're six points behind. The difference between six and zero is six, all riding on the one game, a six-pointer. Hope this helps.

I tried and tried and tried to explain it to him the first time around.

I then went and had more success pissing into a gale force wind and staying dry.

That's it, that's the rules of the points system of the game. That's all you need to say, the rest is utter pish.

I got it the first time round, just because I said it was total shite, doesnt mean I didnt get what you were explaining.

Let me make this reeeeeally easy.

Teams get 3 pts for a win, 1 for a draw and fuck all for losing.

What happens, is at the end of the 38 game season the person with the highest amount of points wins the league, unless they goal different has to come into it.

Instead of points or goal diff deciding it. Why not make it who has won the most 6 pointers lol

It's a thing. You need to accept it.
