It's ridiculous that Ox is being rumored to cost 35 million and on his last year of contract too. If I had the choice between Barkley and Ox, it's an easy decision. Ox is overrated and injury prone whilst Barkley has a lot more potential!

Considering he hasn't had a pre-season, it's hardly surprising. I was hoping that deal would be wrapped up by now just to see, perhaps naively, if it would speed up the Barkley transfer.

Seems to go against recent ITK but of course you don't always submit a bid until you feel comfortable it has a chance of being accepted. Then again we may also never bid for anyone so who knows anymore.
