Everton owner on sky saying he's waiting to reconsider his position in January

Imo he will come to us then, and we don't have to worry about Chelsea as he has already made it clear he wants us more

Doesn't sound like he has a future at Everton from what there chairman has just said about Siggy, Rooney and Klassen being ahead of him to play in the number 10 position.

There majority shareholder said it would be very hard for Barkley to get back in the team with the quality they have in that position.... gets even stranger.

After hearing the chairman - wouldn't rule it out tonight. Basically said he won't get back in the team. The offer won't get any better by Jan.

Everton owner is going to be pissed at Barkley. They will be lucky to get 15 million in January with his contract running down. He wont play many games for them this fall. Shoulda sold to spurs for 25 when they had the chance. Or even 20.

Levy's balls are huge lol, yeah he sometimes gets it wrong but as a BSoDL IF he gets Barkley cheaper in the next 15 mins he's a genius lol. I'd say it's slim though.

I'm wondering if he was half way through the medical and thought he'd fail, so pulled out? Could be ridiculous, but there must be a better reason than changed his mind and decided to have a think for a few months.

I'd love it if his agent got a call off Levy, and he just decided to drop what he was doing and head to Spurs instead. If that's the case, I hope Levy's on Moonpig creating a 'fuck you' card with Willian's face on it to send to Roman.

£35m for a player who is injured and in the last year of his contract looks like desperation to me.

Not at all if he can offer years of good service.

We paid all that money for shitty Sissoko.

I think the contract thing is blown out of proportion if more than one club is willing.
