sorry trix i am going to have to ban you, you are in convention of CCC 28 subsection 12, paragraph 11 part c3i12

??? "Failure to observe and take an active part in a minutes applause to celebrate a moderators parents wedding anniversary is punishable by two minutes of the melted choc ice challenge?" Can be right surely? ... part c3i15 might be more apt ?

I hate to be pedantic, but I’m fairly sure it’s “thou shalt, at all times, caress the shaft of prof and all those he deems worthy of his inner circle. Failure to do so shall result in exile from paradise, and a prohibition on access to his gloriousness”

He has ability but just drifts about not really impacting the game. Dembele is 10 times the player.

The funny thing is, Onomah isn’t ready to start in central midfield for us but I seriously doubt he would have done any worse than RLC has done for England. I’d rather develop Onomah than spurge £30-40m on him.

I was about to say this...why can't we give Josh a proper go at CM?

I don't see any way chavski would sell to us unless the terms & fee were terrible and they were effectively screwing us. And Levy would never agree to that.

We have Winks and Onomah, who are not just English Home Grown, but Club Home Grown, which is more valuable in terms of squad places. It costs us nothing to continue developing them, and they have both shown they have lots of ability. It would cost us crazy money to buy & develop RLC.

Plus we hear today that RLC is not training with the England team, but on his own specialist schedule which he uses at club level. Presumably for his long standing back complaint.

So it's a Big No from me.

I think Winks is a better player and would have been higher in the England set up than RLC if he'd stayed fit.

I agree.

And whilst Winks has to prove that he's recovered from his ankle injuries, RLC has his own injury concerns with his back.

So, I would 100% prefer the club to stick with HW and Josh. Especially since we have other young CMs like World Cup u17 winner Tashan Oakley-Boothe and Oliver Skipp coming through the Academy.

Because he isn't as good as RLC right now.
He has the tools to be better though, develop him and we don't need to buy someone who at the moment isn't good enough. Transfers should be for players who make an immediate impact on our starting 11. That isn't RLC. That's guys like Kovacic. We waste money needlessly so often and then wonder why a lot of our transfers turn out to be shit. Save the money for two amazing players who won't actually cost much more individually.

Winks and Onomah are completely different players than RLC. The intriguing thing about RLC is his size and strength.
