I never watch Rugby apart from when the Rugby World Cup is on. Even that I only start watching when the Quater's starts. 6 weeks in too long!

Let's hope England and Argentina go through.

Surely must be New Zealand's to win this time?

I'm tempted to go to the Argentina vs Georgia and the Romania vs Georgia games solely because they are in town, haven't really made up my mind.

It's a shame there aren't more competitive nations when it comes to rugby. The group stages are a bit of a shambles really and I think only England's group has any real question as to who is going to get out of it.

Still I reckon once we get to the quarter finals it'll be exciting to watch. New Zealand should win but that's been said before and they've muffed it up. I think if England get to the semi-finals they'll have done well. Other home nations all to go out in the quarters.

To me that was Group D as well

Both groups have 3 of the top 10 ranked teams at the moment

I think Wales should be too good for Fiji and Samoa but you're right at least those games will be a contest.

If the Semis aren't England and the tri-nations I'll be surprised. Maybe France if they turn up.

Would agree with that. Tri nations + England/France.

Ierland would need to play out of their skins to get there, something they can do though.

Nah, our team is on the decline, peaked 2 years ago imo. Out to SA in the quarters.

Ireland will need something special from O'Driscoll, O' Brien and O'Connell and for the majority of the first 15 to stay fit if we're to get past the 1/4s. There's a few areas where we have decent replacements, but if we lose any of the centres or front row players then we've no chance to get into the semi's.

Romania Vs Scotland is a lot closer than i thought it would be.

Patterson missed an easy kick in the first half.... and i do mean he missed it
The wind blew the ball over.

Romania's defense have been so poor, Scotland just running through them at times but Scotland making bad errors at times.

The IRB need to change the rules, any Polynesian who is either born here or has moved here at a very young age will always play for the All Blacks if picked. But there are a lot who may only play 1-5 times for the All Blacks before never being picked again. These players should be allowed to play for their countries of origin or birth.

Have England been really poor or have the Argentinians just been better?

It doesn't seem like any of the England team have bothered to learn the rules of the game.

England have been poor, still doing their normal of giving away far to many penalties, many of them they shouldn't be giving away.

England are destroying the Argentinian players quite literally.
