You could actually easily swap any of the 3 CMs. I think they all have the positional awareness to play each position and even a version with one deeper lying CM and two more advanced. Sarr can I'm sure take up the sixth CM position and poss even push Winks/Hojbjerg down the pecking order in a few seasons (if he lives up to his potential). I have left out players who I'm not sure will cut it long term. Maybe a bit harsh on Sanchez who seems to have improved who can probably provide squad depth to Romero. If we could land a player of Gravenburch's quality then for me the only glaring weakness left is RWB. Convert Carrasco who we've been linked to? We also need depth at LCB and CB - poss the same player. Ideally elite who can push Davies/Dier to be backup. Exciting times!

Conte doesnt seem to favour the 3-5-2 with us though although that could just be a reaction to the quality of our CM. Sorry prob wrong thread I know but what is transfer deadline day for eh!

We’d be a good step up for him. He may be looking at Van de Beek and De Jong and realized the jump from Ajax to a Man United or Barcelona is quite steep.

However he’s a Raiola client so I’m sure he’s still being pushed towards City, Madrid, etc.

Don't forget that Paratici got Pogba from United on free due to his ties with Raiola.

Yep this one hinges on outgoings I would expect. Need Lo celso and Tanguy out the door which seems close. Then we will need some further cover in CM. Whether gravenburch would come is a different story!

I can't actually see any media links, so hope it's a name that's been mentioned by one of the ITKs.

Bentancur & Gravenberch in to replace Ndombele and Lo Celso would be pretty decent business, to be fair.
