Saha to Spurs is looking a done deal according to BBC's Phil McNulty.

Not what I was hoping for today if true.

Dunno mate, I think this could be an inspired signing (if he stays fit). Saha at his best was quality, maybe he could rediscover that with us?

That's the problem. If he stays fit, which let's be honest is unlikely. At least Pav is nearly always fit.

He's 33. Hardly seems like a time to suddenly rediscover his talent.

Frankly bizarre signing.

Cheap, not worse than Pav, a new player always had something to push for more than unhappy player who lost the manager confidence.. Not bad idea if he stays Fit.

I suspect he has been signed (if true) to keep Ledley company in the physio room

If it's half a season deal, then it's fine. I mean rather Saha on short term and Leandro or such on summer than some long term compromise now.

And so was henrik larsonn

Saha is useful for a run of goals and is a right handful and can hit it with two feet from anywhere

Plus it stops him scoring against us at Goodison for once :)

Saha? Are we accepting this purely because we want a transfer, any transfer?

Shit inside the bed.

The man is fucked! United let him go for nowt even though he still had a contract.

Good signing if it comes off. Harry's interest has been known for a couple of years.

I know Harry only buys players with Premiership experience but this is a very strange one to me, cannot see him playing at all unless Adebayor gets injured
