This is what I am doing now to save my own sanity!

We are not going to achieve anything this season anyway so just treat it as a massive preseason training schedule where any good performances are a bonus and any losses do not matter as Poch tries to implement his style of play and get in the personnel he needs.

I think he's trying to get his point across to the victims who think we're all doomed because, ONCE AGAIN, they refuse to give the manger time like they promised they would.

Good advice I reckon . Well , not exactly pre season friendlies . Once you accept that we aren't going anywhere in the short term , it removes the outrage and anger .

Yes , you're less engaged in matches , I remember when we were round the top 4 places ,I found things very tense , but now defeats are less catastrophic . I guess the thrashings will still hurt, but regular defeats by a couple of goals or so...I can deal with these days . Victories and draws being nice surprises .
