Shame I'm at work - will have to catch the video when its up on Sporting Life, sounded like quite a performance.

The overnight rain changed the going, slightly, but enough for some of the owners/trainers to pull out their horses.
Some horses were left in because it was hoped that the rain would not get as far as Ascot.

It was masamah, pulling clear enough, 5 lengths-ish, during the race and holding on despite weakening in the latter part of the final furlong.
Won well.
