FFS - this is exactly the reason why no one likes Chelsea.

Their present squad is quite capable of winning the Premiership, yet they still have to splash the cash like some middle-aged toff with a tiny penis!

This appointment should be a message to us that we need stability.

Look at all the players Chelski have gone through, all the massive transfer fee, wages, pay-offs, all down the drain. With each new regime they splash loads of money and hardly move forward.

Then look at their youth system, that is apparantely going to help them run a profit in three years or something daft. Those kids will never, ever get a look in when a new manager comes in every season or so.

We need stability to realise the potential of our players. In Ramos and company we seem to have the right set up. We need to give them time, not just money. We need several seasons for all the potential we have in the development squad to get their chance at the right time. Its through stability that we will overtake teams like Chelski and Liverpool USA
