Just want to see what people are doing about season tickets given the current economic climate.

I renewed my season ticket for next year, things are looking up in the past couple of months after two seasons of treading water - a few decent signings in the summer and we should have a much better season next year - COYS

it is a fair chunk man but say its 700 (not sure on exact price) but thats less then 10 nights out so its well worth it (at least thats the excuse to the missus anyway )

applications out next week to get on the waiting list so i will do that and hopefully between the new stadium & economic climate i might have a chance to get one in 7-8 years

I think ive had my ST for about 4 or 5 seasons now. We tried to change our seats in between each season but have failed every time.

Another year in the west for me... 'Sit down if you love Tottenham!!!'

Season ticket holder, renewed for the two year option in February after getting paid.

Reminder to anyone wanting to do this that the deadline is coming up shortly.

I knew I'd be out of a job by the end of March, so figured I should buy it as soon as I got paid, as I won't miss it too much.

No grief off the missus, especially as she spent £500 on clothes in one hour last week.

I think it's just the chunk, I'm not fussed about it when spread over a year. It's just as I'm getting my finances in order they blow a big hole in them again. Sometimes you feel like your running to stand still :-(

does the club not have an option of getting it on the drip? 10/11 payments throughout the year? i'd be surprised if they didnt given whats happening.
i know what you mean about finances man - everyones really starting to feel it - just wait till the gov's next budget and taxes go up just like ours last wk

Had doubts about renewing a couple of months back, but I love the social side of it and it would be a shame to give that up as well. So I did the decent thing and renewed as soon as I could.

As for the question about spreading payment, I think I read that if you took out the official spurs credit card it was possible under that. Would have to be checked to be sure that is the case though.

Yep, they do a deal but I'm not getting another card. I have a barclaycard one that does interest free on season tickets. Just gotta clear it first :lol:
