Just checked my bank account and I actually got mine last week. Maybe they're currently in the process of refunding them.

We are writing to update you on your Season Ticket Holder Membership Pack and new Stadium Access Card.

As the seat installation at our new stadium continues, we are undertaking a thorough seat inspection to cross reference the detail on your Stadium Access Card and your seat in the stand. The despatch process will begin shortly and will continue from late August and through September. When your pack is despatched, you will receive an individual email, along with a unique tracking number that will allow you to trace your pack whilst in transit via our PackTrack service.

Please remember that your new Stadium Access Card cannot be used for any games at Wembley.

Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we continue to progress towards returning to our new home.

i emailed them yesterday and they said if you had entered for the refund before noon on Friday it was being processed yesterday and will show in our account the latest Friday 24th...... Thats what the email said..... so it will probably be Tuesday next week

Did you sign up to Auto cup scheme? Could it be for that? I suppose though those tickets go against a credit card.

EDIT: Not for the cup scheme as I have had a DD setup also having just checked and have not signed up to the Cup scheme. I Am sure the club know what they are doing
