Yup got same mail be interested to know if anyone actually has their pack as they state that they have started issuing them. What order do they issue by - alphabetical, loyalty points listing, by stand, by seat cost? Any ideas - just want mine plus date of test events and that first match. Not asking much at this stage

I got mine too, although when I clicked on the "track your membership pack online and typed in my client reference number, it said no membership exists.

I'm entirely certain my membership exists, so glitch in the system again.

I think they send them out to laid back people first then eventually to the desperately needy.

Yes to track the delivery.
Mine didn't work the first time (said membership couldn't be found) but the second time I tried it just reiterated what was in the email - it is being prepared and will be updated when dispatched.

Did it say it didn't exist or "PackTrack has not received your data yet. You will receive an email once your membership pack is about to be despatched."?

I just got that email too. I thought the delay in sending them was directly related to the delay in opening. Either they didn't want to spend the money on the packs if they weren't going to send them, or they just wanted to send them as an indicator of opening, I don't know.

I'm sure the last update was prior to the Liverpool game being moved to Wembley saying they'd be sent out at the end of August. My thoughts are it's close.
I’ve posted this before but it’s because the packs have “welcome home” written all over them and they didn’t want to send them out while we were still at Wembley and score yet another PR own goal.

It’s good news as it means the stadium is close to being ready for us.

I got mine too. Just chucked away the one from 2 seasons ago so I have a space ready for this year’s to collect dust!

Don’t get that excited.
My son got one in his membership pack but when we had it cut, it didn’t fit our front door. The template is very narrow and will be no good for a lot of locks.
Have you tried some doors in Wembley? Might not work in your actual home yet?
