Season Ticket Renewal Thread (Read first post)

Any members know what the traffic on Ticket Exchange is like for Wolves? Got a couple of relatives coming from overseas that weekend and I had hoped (with the early KO and rail strike) that they might open the Ticket Exchange to guest sale. Looks like that's not going to happen though so will probably put my ST on exchange instead. Are they still being snapped up or are some going begging?

Ticket exchange for guests only opened on Monday before the Southampton game and you could find some here and there but very rare together.

Everything seemed to go very quickly for the Southampton game. It's actually a really good system with the right level of demand. Enough go on there that if you want to go to the game the chances are you'll get a ticket but also that if you're selling, it'll almost certainly sell.

That's interesting - every time I tried to access last week I got the message that it was still members only.

FYI guest sale is now open for the Wolves game, I got one next to my seat for a relative. There are quite a lot of tickets available, especially in the South stand and the upper tier.

Thanks W. When I go in though, it wont let me assign the ticket to anyone in my network?

The plot thickens. Just rang the ticket office who said the game is definitely still members only? Seems a bit of farce.

The game is still for members only, but as an ST holder, you are allowed to buy up to 5 tickets for guests I believe. You can buy them on your own account and will receive them by email later.

Question: have any existing members who have renewed at same level, had their digital one Hotspur pass updated without purchasing a match ticket yet?
My pass (in Google wallet)has gone to the expired pass folder, which was expected, but no sign of renewal yet whereas a colleague has had his updated despite no match tickets applied for?

I made a query to the ticket office about Google Wallet and got the answer below.

On another subject It seems guest sale is open to ST's for Wolves, it's allowing me in to choose a seat but not seen any announcement about it from the club.
Think due to train strike they have made the Wolves match available for guest sale , I can access Wolves but not Fulham match that is still members only..

In the unlikely event that your Digital Pass does not show after updating the app, please check it has not moved into your ‘Expired Pass’ folder. You can check this by scrolling to the bottom of your wallet and selecting ‘Expired Passes’. If your pass is there, you can simply select the pass to unhide it. This will move it into your Google Wallet, ready for the new season.

I‘m giving my season ticket to a cousin for the Wolves game. Whenever I’ve given ticket to others before I’ve just sent a screenshot and it’s been fine, but he’s a bit nervous about it not being official. Does he need to be a paid-up One Hotspur member in order for me to officially assign ticket to him or can he just create a CRN?

I‘m sure this has been answered before but I can’t find after a cursory look at last few pages.

Should just be able to register for free and then get a CRN which you can then add into your network so that you can share your ticket, what I have no idea about is whether your cousin will need to go through all the ID verification stuff to get registered.

Tried that and it didn't work. Called TO again and insisting that it's not yet possible to buy guest tickets, yet I notice its now showing on the website as open to ST holders. Confusing to say the least :confused:

Hmmm thanks, but doesn't work.

Mine is in "Expired Passes", but selecting it does absolutely nothing and it remains there. No menu options to move it back "live" either.

Don't know then , that was the advice I got from ticket office next thing to try is turning off phone power completely and turning on again , if that doesn't work phone call to ticket office is only option.

Interesting, I definitely bought one this morning hahaha. For me, I just added them to the basket and then went straight to check out, without reassigning the seat to someone else.

no just needs to register you add him to your group and gift the ticket to him he gets an email ticket

JW72 maybe that WTF Is a mistake but that's exactly what the man has to do

Get his cousin to register you add them to your group and you gift them the ticket and the receiver gets an email ticket we do it every game as one of our group is recovering from illness
