On sale dates announced , still nothing about ticket exchange for ST's , expect we will drag it out of them slowly..

Helpful as ever!

Ticket Exchange
Our Ticket Exchange platform will open at the Club’s discretion and once the Members’ sales dates have passed. Updates on when Members are able to purchase via Ticket Exchange for each fixture will be communicated via Club channels.

I see on the this ticketing page it mentions Ticketing Exchange right at the bottom but no mention of Ticket Share, however it does mention Ticket Share on the Ask Spurs pages , the whole ticketing website needs a complete overhaul.

Made a query to the ticket office this morning about ticket share and got a reply within a couple of hours , no explanation on how it will be done with all the digital stuff as the website still says once ticket is transferred print it out on A4 paper but at least for those who can't attend a game should be able to transfer a ticket to a friend/family.

"Thank you for your email.

For full capacity games, the Ticket Share and Ticket Exchange platforms will still be in operation as they were on the 2019/20 season. These platforms allow the named season ticket holder to transfer their ticket for a game to a friend or family member (Share) on a match by match basis.

Kind regards,"

I have a question so perhaps someone is able to answer.

So if i wanted to transfer my match ticket to someone in my network but the individual does not have a phone (he is a child) how would that work given that all cards are now defunct and we are going with the app?

Thanks xxx

I asked a similar question to the ticket office it was not about ticket share but for my own personal entry to the stadium as I do not have a compatible phone , I got the following answer so it looks like paper tickets , if you look through the Ticket Share FAQ's it does still say a print at home ticket will be issued.

This was the answer to my email.
"So far, for any supporters who have not owned a smartphone or suitable device with which to use their digital match ticket, we have been able to issue them with print at home tickets.

We are currently reviewing a long-term solution for these supporters. I have made a note in your account to indicate that you do not own a smartphone, and we will of course keep you notified should there be any further developments. "

Perfect - cheers mate... makes sense there should still be paper tickets

Sorry if this has been answered. But does anyone know what is being done with last years renewal fee we all paid. I didn’t see it removed from my ticket this year

I won’t have my second jab until the 11th, so won’t be able to get my Covid pass for vaccinations for another two weeks, but as I understand it I can still get in with the Covid pass on the nhs app if I have a recorded negative lateral flow test within 48 hours of the app, or an within 180 days of having tested positive on a pcr and having served my isolation. Is this correct?

Just want to make sure as all the guidance is so poorly worded and ambiguous.

Ok no more quarantine for the US citizens coming to the UK as of August 2nd, now we can arrange to come home to the stadium and use our tickets.

Probably be easier getting into the UK than it will be getting into the stadium , best to keep an eye on the website to see what verification of vaccinations they need from non UK supporters

Just looking at my Covid pass on NHS app (I’m double jabbed) and it says it expires on Aug 21st 2021. After being confused as to why, and a subsequent Google, I found out they automatically update expiration date on a rolling basis. Might save someone else the bother of having to look…

Moderna is officially recognised in the UK so no problem there.

The trouble is that the Covid passport everyone's expecting to see is provided through our NHS so you won't have this. Best you can hope for is if you have some official-looking record, print it out and show security.

Has anyone been able to list on the exchange yet? I had an email saying it was open but I couldn’t get on the correct page.
