“Away fans in the EPL normally get access to 3,000 tickets per game, or 10% of stadium capacity if greater than 30,000 seats”
It’s 10% if the stadium capacity is less than 30000. We don’t get 7500 for league games at Man U

I spoke to the club about the allocation. They said 42k ST, 8k corporate/Premium, 6k away team (PL) and the remainder go to One Hotspur/General sale.
How many season ticket re-list their tickets on average, that's the number i'm curious about.

Was a season ticket holder last season (gave it up now), after the One Hotspur Window the season ticket holders (and presumably members also) get to buy guest tickets, i brought additional mates to Man city (first game!), Leeds, Newcastle, Everton, Brighton games and offered them round for a lot more....there were so many tickets available for every single one on the resale, aside from the NLD were there were none to be had.

That alongside the inability to sell my tickets when i couldnt make it (was able to sell a couple of games, also unable to sell a couple of games from memory)...with that amount of resale available it made having a season ticket and paying up front a lot less of a necessity.

Attendance numbers are just starting to go back up and recover from COVID. I'd be surprised if this is the same experience you're having next season.

i definitely expect that it wont be so easy to bring so many people to games, but i do think there will be ample opportunity for members to get tickets on the exchange.

The mere fact that season ticket holders can list their tickets for resale is something we didnt have at the old stadium - and this in itself encourages people to buy a season ticket knowing they can recoup some money back and hold their seats for the big games/when they can make it.

Depends what how many games you want to get to at the end of the day, but if i can nab 5-7 games a season and grab a CL game or two also (counting on evening games being less accessible for those travelling further out), that's all i'm really after and i think that's very much in play with a membership.

Toyed with getting one again. If i could guarantee being able to sell when i can't go then I would. But as I can only get to half the matches it seems crazy to pay these prices. My Chelsea mates can't believe how expensive even our cheapest our tickets are

100% agree. Gave up 2 great seats in south stand as only went 5 times last year and only sold missed games at the end of the season. For me it’s about going with my son and he works lots at weekends so I’m happy to give the season tickets up and go for memberships and take pot luck on getting tickets either through on sale dates or through ticket exchange without spunking over £500 each on lost games this season

I just bought new memberships after a break of a few years. Think it said I was something like 90,000 on the waiting list.

With membership now, do you get some sort of digital ticket? I read I believe you don't get a physical card or ticket and my I would need a smart phone. But not then had any other information.

You need a compatible smart phone or iphone and the digital ticket gets downloaded to either Gpay or Apple wallet , the digital ticket has the QR code which is scanned at the turnstile , your digital ticket updates before each match.
As a new ST before the season starts you should get an email which you have to open on your phone this contains the digital link for your ticket, there are instructions on how to open this email depending on your phone on the Spurs website .
There is an alternative for those that do not have a compatible phone but you need to contact the ticket office , they can issue an old style stadium card but they will need a photo .

Has anyone here had a new phone since they brought in the digital tickets, & successfully transferred their season ticket to their new device? If so, is it straightforward?

My iPhone is on its way out, and I’ve been offered a decent upgrade by my network. The only thing that’s holding me back is my season ticket being on this phone. I’ve had a look on Ask Spurs & I can’t see anything about what to do if you get a new phone.

Transfer the apps. It will go onto the new phone. A new phone then makes no difference.

Do ST get a voucher or code for the shop as part of the season ticket ?
They normally send out an email before season starts with a promo code and special items to get from shop supposedly only available to St's & Members. I used to prefer the old goodie box of things thought they were quite fun.

Do we know if STs have sold out yet?
Had a phone call yesterday offering me one as I didn’t renew this year. Still singles up for grabs from what they were saying….the 3 of us have decided to keep 2 season tickets and I’ve got a membership. That way at least the 2 will get used for nearly all the games, which didn’t happen last season with 3.
