For those that missed the loyalty point cut off, two people who were on 126 points have received calls from the ticket office offering them tickets.

I'd suggest phoning them up and see if they have any more.

I got an email this morning to say that a ticket was returned and that I was next in line. I have 124 loyalty points. Just bought my ticket. Block 547 Row 4

I just calculated the amount of money i spent on tickets this season & it came to over £800

I don't think it's possible to get 126 points in a single season. I have just over a hundred points from 3 or 4 years of attendence.

Mine were pushed under my door yesterday afternoon, not even posted in the letterbox, nobody signed for them. At least I've got the tickets in my hand, but I'm fed up of Royal Mail providing such a shoddy service.

Or the Postman broke the rules to save you the hassle. I bet the other member wishes he'd had his tickets under the door than have to go to a ticket office miles away. Not sure why he can't get someone to do it for him though

I feel sorry for anybody who hasn't got their tickets in their hands, it looks like it could get messy. It's could end up like the Wembley Cup with 3 hour queues and people missing the game because somewhere along the line the sending of tickets got messed up.

Wembley, TicketMaster and Royal Mail: for all you football ticket delivery needs.

I just calculated the amount of money i spent on tickets this season & it came to over £800 - yet i still didnt get a ticket to the Semi & ive been to so many games, cant help but think "where's the loyalty in that" ?? - am truelly disapointed i wont be there.

With all due respect mate, I'd personally say that someone who spent £500 last season and £500 this season (or £100 a year for 10 seasons or whatever) would be more deserving of the 'loyal' tag (and therefore a ticket) than you! But keep it up, and you'll definitely be in line for an Champs League Final ticket next season!

You're not necessarily unloyal.

You're just less loyal than EVERYONE ELSE who will be at Wembley on Sunday! It's going to be a great day out!!

I agree with you Invictaspur, i'm just disapointed i'm not getting anything back for this seasons support ive shown & ive been to the Fa Cup matches too.

I just feel the loyalty points system is slightly flawed, does that mean if you reach 200pts you stop going ?? In my opinion it should be revised & a new conveyorbelt system used. Over 3 seasons you should lose a season every 3. You shouldnt be guarenteed a Wembley ticket just because uptil 3 years ago you was a loyal supporter, but now only 'Cherry Pick' your games ???

& Tylaw ive been a loyal supporter for over 30 years regardless how many loyalty points ive got since this system began.

Well, no. If you did that you'd be overtaken and while you'd have a decent haul it would depreciate if you stopped going. I really don't see the problem with it. If someone went to loads of games for 3 years then had to cut back, why should someone who never went before this season get a leg up? They're already catching up the people that haven't been going so why do they need a bigger boost? Eventually they will be in a postition to catch them.

Sorry mate but it doesn't matter that you have been a supporter for 30 years. I have as well and it is all about the games you have been to. You may have been cheering on myself and Steve Perryman but unfortunately that isn't enough. Damm shame but thats life

Our wonderful postal service:eek:mg:.

I'm working away in Wales at present. I rang my wife last night to confirm that Royal Mail had tried to deliver the tickets. I was expecting to pick up the tickets from my local Tonbridge sorting office on Saturday morning, which is less than a mile from where I live. But no, the tickets have been returned to another Royal Mail office over 40 miles away.

Of course, the quoted telephone number on the card is just a recorded message and if you go online, the minimum amount of time to rearrange redelivery is 48 hours (i.e. Saturday at the earliest). Rather than risking non-delivery on Saturday, I'm taking a day off work tomorrow (at a cost of £400) for a 3-hour round trip, from home, to collect the tickets.

To think that we paid extra for this service.

The sooner that they privatise Royal Mail, the better.

Postscript to the above.

My tickets were at the local Tonbridge office. The vans are shared between offices and they put the wrong card through my door. Luckily, I went to the local office, on the off-chance, before departing on a wild goose chase to Ashford. The guy in the delivery office said it was a common occurrence and that a previous customer had travelled to a rural sorting office in Sussex, only to be told that the parcel was in his home sorting office in Tonbridge.

And I managed to wangle a day 'working at home' to avoid losing a day's earnings.

Excellent news mate, glad it worked out for you. RM are a set of useless cretins and when mixed with our TO, the results are expected to be nothing short of comical.

The tickets for the Semi-Final are being dealt with by Wembley and TicketMaster, nothing to do with our Ticket Office, who in my opinion are 100 times better than Ticket Master.
